Upon completing the registration, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access the first part of the program, the Companion Paws Therapy Dog Skills Training Online Course.

To complete your registration for the Companion Paws Therapy Dog Program, please click your Province from the drop down menu below, then choose your City Location with the Date you will be attending your Final Evaluation. We suggest you choose a date that is a minimum of 3 weeks from the date of registration, to give you the necessary time to complete the online course and second temperament assessment prior to the evaluation. We ask that the skills training and temperament assessment be completed minimum one week prior to the final evaluation for certification.

Please complete the below registration for yourself, this will create you as a Contact. Once completed, you will see your name at the top of the page. You must then fill out the registration form for your Dog under Add New Registrant. Once you complete your dog’s registration form, you and your dog will both appear as registrants at the top of the page. Please select your dog and choose checkout to proceed to the payment screen to complete your registration.
